Project Manager - Remote

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a major healthcare company. The role manages integration and transformation projects within an IT health plan organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking execution, managing risks, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective communication among team members, leadership, and key stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks
• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies as needed
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting

Requirements:

• • 5+ years of Project Management experience
• • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, including SDLC projects
• • Experience within a large enterprise organization
• • Strong organizational and time management skills
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• • Experience working in Agile environments
• • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• • Experience within healthcare, health insurance, payer (or similar organizations)
• • Previous experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
• • PMP, SAFE, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus
