Technical Project Manager – Dynatrace | Remote | USC/GC Only| W2 Only.

Xlysi LLC is seeking a highly technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate a Dynatrace-focused technology team. The role is responsible for managing complex technical initiatives, coordinating internal teams and technology partners, engaging client stakeholders, and driving projects through planning, implementation, and successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects supporting the Dynatrace team
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for the client
• Coordinate and bring together multiple technology partners and teams to drive project delivery
• Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines
• Work closely with technical teams to understand requirements, identify challenges, and drive solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple technology areas
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to client and leadership stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between the client, internal teams, and external technology partners
• Drive projects from planning through implementation and successful delivery
• Provide strong technical leadership while maintaining overall project accountability

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in technical project/program management
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage directly with technical teams and client stakeholders
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple teams or technology partners
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and project execution skills
• Ability to start ASAP
• US Citizens or Green Card Holders only

• Dynatrace
