Senior Project Engagement Manager

Sago is a global leader in market research and data solutions. The Senior Project Engagement Manager develops and executes participant engagement and recruitment strategies for qualitative research projects, partnering across teams to support participant acquisition, panel growth, and client satisfaction. The role also manages budgets, analyzes performance, builds external relationships, and leads team members.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of innovative and scalable participant sourcing strategies, independently identifying new recruitment avenues, partnerships, and engagement opportunities to meet evolving client and business needs
• Drive these projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision, anticipating roadblocks and implementing solutions proactively
• Partner with Project Management, Recruiting, and Panel Development teams to ensure participant acquisition efforts align with project requirements and client expectations
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative recruitment channels, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives to expand participant reach and improve conversion rates
• Oversee referral, grassroots, and specialized recruitment programs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong return on investment
• Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing recommendations and implementing improvements to drive operational excellence and project success
• Manage project-related budgets and recruitment investments to maximize effectiveness and achieve business objectives
• Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations, vendors, community partners, and other strategic stakeholders
• Support broader panel growth initiatives and contribute to strategic programs that enhance participant engagement and data quality
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• • 5+ years of experience in market research, participant recruitment, panel management, project management, or a related field
• • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment or engagement strategies that drive measurable business results
• • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
