Title: Project Manager

Location: Eagan, MN (Hybrid: 2 days per week)

Duration: 4+ months contract potential to extend

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Tuesday is team anchor day, with flexibility for one additional day onsite (M, W, TH) as buildings are physically closed on Fridays.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
This role supports high complexity, cross-functional business initiatives that drive major improvements or expansions of organizational programs. This is a business-led project management role, not an IT role, focused on coordinating business stakeholders, processes, and operational readiness. This role supports project success by coordinating teams across divisions and with external partners, strengthening cross-departmental relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines. Their work directly supports strategic outcomes and operational excellence.
This role will support implementation and onboarding activities for new clients, and renewing current clients, providing implementation and operation support.

• Support the design and implementation of complex or major cross-functional business projects and programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables; support compliance with regulatory or accreditation requirements.
• Support communication strategies for key stakeholders across divisions and help ensure timely, consistent project updates
• Support resource planning, vendor coordination, contract administration, and project budget tracking.
• Analyze performance and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. Support go-forward planning with key stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve project goals
• Prepare senior-level presentations, reports and data-driven recommendations
• Develop and manage project KPIs, dashboards, and value-realization tracking to measure progress, identify variances, and provide insights that inform decisions and drive improvement.
• Supports the delivery of high-quality, cross-functional solutions with aggressive timeframes, resolving risks and dependencies to ensure alignment and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support adherence to PMO governance practices including stage-gating, dependency, mapping, RAID management, and readiness assessments
• Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional related project/program management experience
• Bachelor s degree, in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted

• Ability to analyze complex information, evaluate options, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution and prevent recurrence
• Ability to leverage technology to support business communication, analysis, and decision-making
• Healthcare or managed care experience
• Experience managing complex projects which may involve multiple team members, task management, working with internal or external clients, managing teams and customer relationships, and managing project deliverables.
• Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across complex assignments and competing deadlines
• Experience in data-driven decision-making
• Process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) experience
• Familiarity with OM tools & Microsoft analytics tools
