Supervisor Project Manager

CDW is a technology solutions provider that helps organizations achieve what is possible through technology. The Supervisor, Project Manager Sales coordinates the planning and execution of projects supporting Academy and Residency sales teams, including onboarding, enablement, reporting, and sales operations initiatives. The role maintains project plans and resources, coordinates stakeholders, monitors progress, supports communications and reporting, and improves process consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, trackers, task lists, and recurring operating calendars for multiple concurrent sales projects
• Translate program requirements and leadership direction into clear activities, owners, due dates, handoffs, and completion criteria
• Coordinate work across Academy and Residency sales managers, project contributors, subject matter experts, and support partners
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; follow up with owners and escalate risks, delays, or unresolved decisions to leadership
• Coordinate changes to schedules, assignments, resources, or deliverables and communicate the impact to affected stakeholders
• Coordinate the execution of AR and Manager onboarding and enablement programs, including class timelines, manager activities, seller assignments, learning sessions, shadow experiences, and required resources
• Prepare and distribute instructions, timelines, checklists, templates, and reminders that make project expectations easy to understand and complete
• Organize book delivery, scoring, team alignment, Account Representative training review, and other assignment-based processes; validate inputs and resolve routine data or ownership questions
• Coordinate destination manager participation for overview sessions, panels, and other program activities
• Maintain accurate rosters, project lists, distribution lists, assignments, and resource links so managers have a reliable source of current information
• Plan and facilitate project meetings and check-ins, including agendas, materials, decisions, action items, and follow-up
• Provide concise updates on progress, upcoming milestones, open items, risks, and decisions needed
• Draft project communications and create or update presentations, job aids, guides, templates, and onboarding resources
• Gather, validate, and reconcile data used for assignments, forecasting, readiness tracking, dashboards, scorecards, and status reporting
• Maintain organized project files and resources in SharePoint or Teams with clear naming, version control, and access
• Document repeatable workflows, roles, handoffs, and standard work to improve consistency across teams and project cycles
• Identify practical improvements to project coordination, communication, tracking, and resource management; recommend changes to the manager
• Promote consistent use of approved project tools, templates, and processes
• Support workload planning and provide project coordination guidance to team members supporting Academy and Residency initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, sales support, operations, or a related role; or at least 2 years of CDW Sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, maintain detailed plans, and drive timely follow-through across stakeholders
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem solving, and ownership of accurate project information
• Excellent written, presentation, facilitation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; resolve routine issues; and escalate appropriately
• Working knowledge of project management practices and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint or comparable tools
• High confidence in gathering, validating, organizing, and presenting data for project reporting and decision support
• Ability to build productive relationships, manage sensitive information, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
• Experience with project tracking, dashboard, customer relationship management, or business intelligence tools is a plus
