Customer Relationship Management Analyst

The Keller Group is seeking a Contract CRM Analyst for a Phoenix-based client to strengthen the responsible use of customer data for personalized marketing at scale. The role focuses on developing customer segmentation and audience targeting strategies, improving customer journeys and personalization, integrating data sources and audience tools, and ensuring audience data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer segmentation and audience targeting approaches that support growth, retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing goals
• Work cross-functionally with CRM, loyalty, paid media, and analytics teams to spot opportunities for smarter targeting, improved customer journeys, and deeper personalization
• Partner with data analysts to assess and integrate new data sources and audience tools
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of audience data as it moves through delivery and activation, ensuring it's handled securely and in line with best practices

Requirements:

• • 4+ years in CRM, customer marketing, audience strategy, database marketing, or a similar discipline
• • Hands-on experience building customer segments and targeting frameworks for marketing campaigns
• • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages, or strong willingness to build that skill quickly
• • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hightouch, Unica, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Segment, or comparable tools
• • Strong Excel skills and a natural comfort with data-driven problem solving
• • Experience designing or supporting A/B tests to validate audience and targeting strategies
• • Familiarity with data privacy best practices and compliance considerations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) as they relate to customer data handling
• • Curiosity and independence when exploring new datasets or systems
• • Strong attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and quality control
• • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• • Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent practical experience
