Job Description

• Lead SRE teams responsible for platform health, scalability, reliability, and performance across cloud-native and hybrid environments.

• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.

• Implement observability frameworks and incident response processes for rapid detection and resolution.

• Drive automation across deployment, monitoring, and recovery using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and production stability.

• Build and scale internal platforms, tools, and frameworks that improve engineering productivity and software quality.

• Champion DevOps best practices and modern software delivery methodologies.

• Identify engineering bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve developer experience.

• Lead enablement initiatives including onboarding, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal training.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, automation, and collaboration.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and production operations.

• Experience leading SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, Observability, and Automation.

• Hands-on experience with SLI, SLO, SLA, incident management, monitoring, and reliability engineering.

• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid environments.

• Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
