Assoc Product Manager

H&R Block provides tax services and supports clients and communities through human expertise and digital innovation. The Associate Product Manager role supports product management activities, analytical decision-making, and technology delivery processes while coordinating work and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
• Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills to all levels, from senior management to line/staff associates
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
• Exploratory Data Analysis
• 1 year minimum related work experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work in order to achieve critical deadlines
• Certified Scrum product owner
• Introduction to formal product management methodologies
• Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles
