YO AI Labs is seeking professionals to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis, research, and operational reasoning for AI training. The role focuses on analyzing business scenarios, conducting research, synthesizing requirements and data, developing reports and documentation, and recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
• Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights
• Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools
• Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation
• Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations
• Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively
