Senior Project Manager I

LexisNexis Risk Solutions provides risk assessment and business solutions focused on areas including fraud, identity, financial crime, credit risk, and customer data management. The Senior Project Manager I will lead complex, enterprise-impacting projects and strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional delivery, advise senior stakeholders, and improve project management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact
• Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting
• Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions
• Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices
• Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable)

Requirements:

• Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices
• Experience: 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred
