Sales Account Executive, US

TechMatrix Consulting is a CRM consulting and solutions company and a Salesforce partner that delivers business process automation and scalable CRM solutions. The Sales Account Executive will drive US business growth by prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, expanding accounts, developing Salesforce co-selling relationships, and meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new business across multiple channels, including outbound prospecting, marketing-driven leads, events, referrals, and partners
• Build strong relationships with Salesforce AEs and field teams in your region and turn them into a steady source of co-sell opportunities
• Partner with our marketing team to plan and run targeted campaigns, such as email, LinkedIn, webinars, and events, that build direct pipeline in priority industries and accounts
• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through discovery, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Grow existing accounts by finding new projects, use cases, and stakeholders
• Represent TechMatrix at industry and Salesforce events, and build our brand in the US market
• Work with our pre-sales and delivery teams to shape solutions customers want to buy
• Keep an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, and consistently meet or exceed quota
• Share market feedback with leadership to shape our US go-to-market strategy, offerings, and target segments

Requirements:

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience in consulting services, SaaS, or IT services, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Proven ability to create your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking, not just inbound leads
• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, whether at Salesforce, a consulting partner, or an ISV, including co-selling with Salesforce AEs
• Experience working with marketing on campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), or events that generate pipeline
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, ideally in financial services, manufacturing, education, healthcare etc
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a growing business, takes ownership, and builds structure where there isn't any yet
• Willingness to meet customers and partners in person and travel within the region
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required
