AI-Native Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

Harness is building an AI-native commercial insurance brokerage for small businesses in the United States. The AI-Native Growth & Performance Marketing Lead will own customer acquisition end to end across paid media, creative, landing pages, experimentation, competitive intelligence, analytics, and funnel optimization, while using AI and automation to scale the growth function.

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale acquisition across Meta and Google
• Manage campaign structure, targeting, keywords, bidding, budgets, retargeting and conversion tracking
• Optimize against what matters to the business — qualified leads, bound customers, CAC and revenue , not clicks or impressions
• Own the creative experimentation engine
• Develop hooks, concepts, copy, statics and short-form video
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Kling, Canva and whatever comes next to go from an idea to a live experiment quickly
• Experiment constantly across creative and messaging, offers, audiences, keywords, landing pages, lead forms, geographies, channels and new insurance verticals
• Launch quickly. Read the data. Double down on winners. Kill losers
• Understand the entire journey: Ad → landing page → lead → contact → quote → bind → revenue
• Work directly with sales and engineering to understand what is actually converting and improve the funnel accordingly
• Study competitor ads, landing pages, offers, messaging and positioning
• Build systems using AI to continuously monitor the market and turn those observations into experiments
• Use AI and automation for creative generation, research, reporting, analysis, campaign monitoring and experiment generation
• If you're repeatedly doing something manually, you should eventually ask whether a machine can do it

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years
• You have roughly 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth or paid acquisition
• You've personally operated Meta and Google Ads and managed meaningful budgets
• You understand CAC, conversion rates, attribution and funnel economics
• You're analytical enough to find patterns in campaign and sales data but creative enough to turn those insights into new ads and experiments
• You're already using AI heavily — or you're the kind of person who learns a new tool over a weekend because it makes you faster
• You've worked in a startup, D2C company, high-growth business or similarly fast environment
• You move fast without needing a large team or detailed instructions
• Most importantly, you're ambitious
• You don't want to spend the next five years becoming better at managing an ad account. You want to learn how to build and eventually lead a growth function
