Job Summary

We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Functional Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Sales, with strong expertise in functional leadership and CRM testing.

The ideal candidate will work directly with business and client stakeholders, lead functional design discussions, analyze business requirements, validate Dynamics 365 fitment, and oversee end-to-end functional and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

• Lead functional design discussions with business stakeholders and client teams.
• Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Validate requirements for fitment, feasibility, and alignment with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Provide recommendations based on Dynamics 365 Sales functionality and best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Review and support Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Dynamics CRM applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Validate Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Ensure adequate test coverage across CRM functionality and integrations.
• Support UAT execution and coordinate with business users for sign-off.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
• Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Functional Lead
• Strong functional testing / QA experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM best practices
• Experience analyzing business requirements and validating fitment with Dynamics 365
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to lead functional design and requirement discussions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
• Strong experience creating functional and testing documentation
