Job Title: Team Lead – InfoLease/Rapport Application Support & Development

Role Summary

Leads a team responsible for both production support and ongoing development/configuration of InfoLease and Rapport, acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (asset finance/leasing operations) and IT/engineering teams.

Core Requirements

Domain & platform experience

• 10+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, or asset finance, with 5+ years specifically supporting or configuring InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi platform)
• Deep working knowledge of equipment finance lease/loan accounting, origination workflows, and portfolio management processes
• Prior hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation within InfoLease/Rapport (not just user-level support)
• Familiarity with adjacent systems commonly referenced alongside InfoLease/Rapport (e.g., Stucky, GL, Fed reporting etc) is a plus

Leadership & people management

• 2+ years in a lead, supervisory, or people-management capacity — coaching, mentoring, and managing workload/priorities for a support and/or development team
• Experience setting and monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and ensuring incident, problem, and change management processes are followed (ITIL exposure or certification often preferred)
• Ability to manage a matrixed, geographically dispersed team and act as an escalation point for both business and IT stakeholders

Bridging business and IT

• Proven ability to translate business requirements (from operations/finance teams) into technical specifications for developers/engineers, and vice versa — explaining technical constraints back to business users in plain terms
• Experience running or coordinating UAT, requirements gathering, and sign-off cycles between business SMEs and IT/development
• Comfortable owning the relationship with both sides: Operations/Business Systems Managers on one side, Application Engineers/DevOps on the other
• Run regular statrisk reporting to leadership on both sides (business and IT)

Technical/production support

• Strong understanding of production support fundamentals: incident triage, root cause analysis, P1–P4 issue management, and coordination of remediation with development teams
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools to investigate data issues independently before escalating
• Experience overseeing testing practices (test case libraries, regression/UAT coordination) for releases and upgrades, ensuring deployments don't disrupt business operations
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming) if the team also handles enhancement/development work, plus tools like Jira/DevOps
• Oversee testing and release management to ensure changes/upgrades don't disrupt production

Soft skills

• Strong written/verbal communication, able to flex between technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset; comfortable owning escalations and being the "buck stops here" contact for both business and IT
• Ability to manage competing priorities across support tickets, enhancement requests, and project work simultaneously

Top 3 skills:
