Informatica MDM Developer - MDM

Seeking an accomplished Enterprise MDM Leader with extensive experience delivering Product Master, Item Master, and Customer Master Data Management solutions across global Life Sciences organizations. Responsible for driving end-to-end MDM strategy, implementation, integration, governance, and managed services while ensuring high-quality trusted data across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and ERP ecosystems.

The role combines business engagement, program leadership, solution architecture, and technical delivery to establish enterprise-wide Product 360 and Customer 360 capabilities leveraging Informatica MDM, Data Quality, Cloud Data Platforms, and AI-powered data management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise MDM Strategy & Leadership

• Lead enterprise-wide Master Data Management initiatives for Product, Item, Customer, Vendor, and Reference Data domains.
• Define and execute Product Master and Item Master management strategies supporting global Life Sciences operations.
• Establish MDM governance frameworks, stewardship processes, data ownership models, and operational best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT organizations.
• Drive roadmap development, release planning, cutover activities, and hyper care support.

Product & Item Mastering

• Design and implement Product Master and Item Master solutions for pharmaceutical products and related reference data.
• Manage lifecycle processes including product onboarding, product changes, item creation, retirements, and synchronization across enterprise systems.
• Define data standards, validation rules, hierarchies, classifications, and business rules for product and item domains.
• Establish golden records for products and materials supporting ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Reporting systems.
• Improve product data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.

Informatica MDM & Data Quality

• Lead implementation and enhancement of Informatica MDM, Customer 360, Product 360 & IDQ solutions.
• Configure match and merge algorithms, survivorship rules, relationship management, hierarchy management, and stewardship workflows.
• Design cleanse, standardization, enrichment, and duplicate prevention processes.
• Optimize MDM processes for scalability and performance.
• Drive adoption of data quality scorecards and KPI-driven governance.

Integration & Cloud Data Platforms

• Architect integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise applications including:
• Salesforce
• Data Warehouses
• Regulatory Systems
• Supply Chain Applications
• Design cloud-native integration frameworks using:
• AWS S3
• AppFlow
• Airflow
• Glue
• Athena
• Support real-time and batch synchronization of master data across enterprise ecosystems.

AI-Enabled Data Management

• Implement Generative AI and AI-assisted solutions for:
• Product data enrichment
• Duplicate detection
• Data quality monitoring
• Anomaly detection
• Stewardship productivity
• Root-cause analysis
• Leverage AI-driven insights to improve governance and operational efficiency.

Managed Services & Operational Excellence

• Lead global MDM managed services operations.
• Drive SLA adherence, incident management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, operational metrics, and governance reporting.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams, resource planning, mentoring, and capability development.
• Establish Centers of Excellence (COE) and reusable frameworks.
