Product Manager

ProMach is a packaging and automation company that develops innovative solutions to improve packaging performance. The Product Line Manager will drive revenue growth, sales efficiency, and market penetration for Skyline and Axon opportunities under $100,000 while managing transactional sales, product expertise, pipeline development, process optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Own full sales lifecycle for all opportunities under $100K
• Deliver revenue targets and grow segment
• Manage high-volume opportunities with fast response time
• Drive quote-to-order conversion
• Serve as SME for Skyline & Axon product lines
• Standardize configurations, pricing, and proposals
• Enable RSM focus on strategic deals
• Manage handoffs and upsell opportunities
• Build pipeline for <$100K opportunities
• Target installed base and repeat business
• Improve quoting speed and accuracy
• Implement scalable sales processes
• Track KPIs and provide performance insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related field)
• 5+ years in sales, product management, or capital equipment
• Strong commercial acumen and sales discipline
• Experience in packaging machinery preferred
