Creative Production Manager

Truth Collective is seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to support a fast-moving creative studio serving a key client. The role combines creative workflow management with hands-on design, production, client communication, quality assurance, and delivery across digital, presentation, print, environmental, and production applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming creative requests from client intake through design, review, approval, production, and delivery
• Translate requests into clear tasks, priorities, timelines, and deliverables for the studio team
• Design, adapt, version, and produce polished creative across digital, presentation, print, environmental, and production applications
• Work at an expert level in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, including image preparation, file construction, prepress, and production-ready artwork and PDFs
• Review and QA creative work for accuracy, brand consistency, technical quality, and completeness
• Prepare final files and coordinate with print, fabrication, and other production partners
• Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and handoffs
• Help monitor studio workload, deadlines, priorities, and available design capacity
• Use AI-powered creative tools where appropriate to support design exploration, image and video generation, versioning, upscaling, and production efficiency. Prompting Generative AI models including GPT Image and Gemini Nano Banana, or using node-based workflow platforms such as Fuser would be beneficial
• Communicate proactively with clients, designers, production partners, and other team members to keep work moving

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, creative production, or a related agency or in-house creative environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong production-design skills, including image preparation, file setup, prepress, and preparation of production-ready artwork and PDFs
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, image, and visual design skills across a range of applications
• Experience working within established brand systems and translating creative direction consistently across multiple formats and deliverables
• Experience managing multiple creative requests, priorities, deadlines, and rounds of feedback in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of print and physical production processes and experience preparing files for outside vendors, fabricators, or production partners
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to confidently review and QA both your own work and the work of others
• Comfortable learning and using project management, collaboration, and AI-powered creative tools as part of the daily workflow
• Able to work independently, collaborate closely with a team, and remain calm and solutions-oriented when priorities or timelines shift
