Senior Sales Development Representative

ShipHawk provides warehouse management and shipping software for modern eCommerce operations. The Senior Sales Development Representative will drive pipeline and revenue growth by prospecting outbound, qualifying high-value accounts, educating prospects on ShipHawk’s solutions, and setting discovery meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
• Research and qualify target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers
• Analyze prospect needs and align them with ShipHawk’s solutions
• Schedule and set high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Educate prospects on ShipHawk’s WMS and shipping software solutions
• Track all activity and pipeline in Salesforce
• Test new messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies—then scale what works
• Represent ShipHawk at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
• Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales strongly preferred
