Lead Project Manager

Complete Legal is a strategic litigation support and eDiscovery partner serving law firms and legal teams. The Lead Project Manager will lead and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators while overseeing complex litigation support and eDiscovery matters, managing client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Be prepared to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, providing hands-on guidance on complex matters and career development support
• Serve as a hands-on coach and escalation point for the team, helping less experienced PMs work through challenging client situations, technical issues, and competing priorities
• Drive process improvements and operational best practices across the team, raising the bar for how projects are run
• Manage multiple eDiscovery and litigation support projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and corporate legal teams throughout the lifecycle of each matter
• Develop project workflows, timelines, task plans, and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, risks, matter needs, and deadlines
• Coordinate data intake, processing, document review, productions, quality control, and final deliverables
• Maintain strong client communication through timely updates, clear next steps, and proactive follow-up, ensuring clients know what is happening, what is needed, and what to expect next
• Build lasting client relationships through responsiveness, accountability, transparency, and exceptional service
• Collaborate with forensic consultants, account representatives, review teams, and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify project and team risks early, proactively developing solutions to keep matters on schedule and the team performing at a high level
• Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, email, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings when appropriate
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Complete Legal's services and technologies to provide strategic guidance and recommend solutions

• Strong working knowledge of Relativity and RelativityOne
• 5+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal/technical project management, including prior experience mentoring or leading other project managers or coordinators
• Demonstrated track record of developing team members and improving team performance
• baseline knowledge in other leading eDiscovery platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
