Director, Finance Business Partner (RCM) - Full Time - Remote

Experity is a mission-driven healthcare technology company transforming on-demand care across the United States through software for urgent care clinics. The Director, Finance Business Partner will serve as the strategic finance lead for Revenue Cycle Management, advising leadership, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights, and supporting planning, performance improvement, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual financial and strategic planning process for Revenue Cycle Management, partnering directly with RCM leadership to align financial plans with business priorities and operating goals
• Serve as the strategic finance advisor to RCM leadership, providing financial insight, challenge, and recommendations to support business decisions
• Lead analyses and projects that provide new insights into RCM performance and strengthen strategic and operational decision-making
• Promote data-driven decision-making by translating complex financial and RCM operational information into clear, actionable recommendation
• Partner closely with People Business Partners and RCM leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, organizational changes, capacity planning, and other people-related decisions with significant financial impact
• Collaborate with RCM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify solutions needed to achieve business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge, and decision support
• Manage special projects such as strategic planning, business case development, investment analysis, automation and process-improvement initiatives, and M&A support as needed
• Ensure alignment between RCM financial plans, operational decisions, workforce strategies, client commitments, and broader company priorities
• Review, analyze, and ensure the quality of RCM financial and operational data used for decision-making
• Work with RCM teams to develop operational insights and recommendations that improve financial performance, productivity, and service delivery
• Collaborate with RCM Operations, Client Success, Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, People Operations, and other cross-functional teams on analysis and decision support
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze key financial and operating metrics, including revenue, gross margin, labor costs, productivity, collections, days in accounts receivable, denial trends, and other drivers of RCM performance
• Identify key trends and root causes of revenue, margin, cost, and operational performance fluctuations, and recommend actions to improve results
• Lead regular financial reporting and RCM business performance reviews, providing leadership with meaningful insights into results, risks, opportunities, forecast, and outlook
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least eight years of related work experience
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior leaders
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, financial statements, business performance analysis, and service-based operating models
• Demonstrated ability to connect financial performance with operational drivers, workforce capacity, productivity, and client outcomes
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and financial planning or reporting systems
• Master's Degree or MBA
• Private equity, healthcare services, or revenue cycle management experience
