Contingent Workforce Analyst (Beeline)

Contingent Workforce Program Analyst to support a leading global technology organization s Extended Workforce Program Management Office (PMO). This role will serve as a key contributor to contingent workforce operations, analytics, reporting, and program governance. The ideal candidate will have experience working within contingent workforce programs, strong VMS knowledge, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics related to contingent workforce program performance, including headcount, spend, supplier performance, and workforce lifecycle metrics.
• Support daily operations within Beeline or a comparable Vendor Management System (VMS), ensuring workforce, requisition, and supplier data remains accurate and audit-ready.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics techniques to identify trends, optimize reporting processes, and generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare and present program updates, metrics, and recommendations to PMO leadership, hiring managers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with workforce program operations, governance activities, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning and program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of contingent workforce and extended workforce programs, including staffing operations, MSP environments, VMS platforms, and contractor lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Beeline Vendor Management System.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency.
• Strong reporting, data visualization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting contingent workforce programs within a large technology organization.
• Knowledge of workforce governance practices, including compliance tracking, tenure management, supplier scorecards, and audit readiness.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics and program performance measurement methodologies.
