Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Telecom Integration Architect to lead enterprisewide integration strategies and OSS/BSS transformation programs. The role involves defining integration roadmaps, applying TOGAF principles, and architecting endtoend patterns across complex telecom ecosystems. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals and cloudfirst initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement integration architecture roadmaps.
Apply TOGAF framework for governance and transition states.
Architect APIfirst, eventdriven, microservices, and batch integration patterns.
Lead design and integration of OSS/BSS platforms (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Inventory, Network Assurance).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of integration solutions.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years in IT/Software Architecture, including 5+ years as a Lead/Principal Integration Architect in telecom.
Proven experience delivering OSS/BSS integrations and service activation pipelines.
Strong knowledge of TOGAF principles (certification preferred).
Expertise in RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Handson experience with cloudnative architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, and integration tools (MuleSoft, Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Azure Integration Services).
Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (Frameworx, eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
Preferred Qualifications:
TOGAF 9.x or 10 Certification.
TM Forum Certified Professional.
Cloud Architecture Certifications (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and problemsolving skills.
