BSW Project Manager

The confidential company is seeking a BSW Project Manager to support optimization of buried service wire-based functions and improve operational efficiency. The role will coordinate contractors and field personnel, manage customer escalations, track progress, resolve issues, and drive timely buried service wire installations across multiple states.

Responsibilities:

• Jeopardy Management: Point of contact for customer BSW escalations
• Conduct regular meetings with drop vendors to drive % of drops placed before due date
• Escalate unresolved issues when needed
• Proven ability to coordinate activities, track progress, and follow through on issues to resolution
• Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to identify potential barriers early and proactively address them
• Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and capable of managing multiple permits and priorities simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish multiple and broad range of initiatives within pressured timeframes
• Ability to effectively implement processes where necessary for successful program delivery
• Apply expert functional and critical thinking skills to resolve business challenges
• Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must have
• 2–5 years of telecom, construction, engineering, permitting, or project coordination experience
• Knowledge of fiber network builds, aerial/underground construction, and buried service wire processes
• Experience managing vendors or holding partners accountable to deadlines and quality expectations
• Familiarity with IQGeo, GIS systems, or utility application systems
