Product Manager, Salesforce

Kaseya is an AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software provider serving managed service providers and internal IT organizations. The Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Product Business Systems capabilities spanning product and pricing, fulfillment, provisioning, entitlements, usage, and overage management. The role will lead Lead-to-Cash lifecycle execution, Agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, governance, and transformation across Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, and related platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for Product and Pricing, Fulfillment & Provisioning capabilities
• Serve as the PBS subject matter expert across current and future-state systems, including Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kaseya One, and key boundary applications
• Partner with Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable business outcomes
• Prioritize PBS investments to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, revenue operations priorities, finance transformation goals, customer experience improvements, and NextGen migration objectives
• Balance legacy-system investment with future-state transformation by supporting only the legacy enhancements that deliver measurable value, reduce operational risk, or improve migration readiness
• Help mature the PBS operating model by simplifying processes, clarifying ownership, improving handoffs, reducing manual intervention, and strengthening governance across teams
• Demonstrate strong business acumen with knowledge of managed service providers (MSPs), subscription-based business models, usage-based billing, customer lifecycle processes, and Corporate / BIS systems
• Lead requirements definition and solution alignment across the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, with a focus on product and pricing setup, order fulfillment and provisioning, entitlements, and usage and overage capture, including downstream impacts on billing, revenue recognition, and reporting
• Translate complex business processes into clear system requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and testable outcomes
• Ensure product, pricing, order, entitlement, provisioning, and usage data flows are consistent, traceable, and aligned across integrated systems
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Kaseya One and the rest of the products
• Own and manage the product backlog; write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, discovery sessions, solution reviews, demos, and Agile ceremonies for assigned PBS workstreams
• Ensure timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned to business goals, release milestones, testing readiness, and operational adoption needs
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Engineering Leads, QA, Business Process Leads, and Release / PMO teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive execution
• Manage delivery across both business-as-usual (BAU) and NextGen (future-state transformation) workstreams, ensuring clear separation of legacy support, transformation delivery, and migration-readiness activities
• Work closely with technical leads, engineers, QA, enterprise architecture, fulfillment operations, finance operations and customer support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating operational pain points and business needs into system requirements and scalable design decisions
• Drive alignment across upstream and downstream teams to ensure impacts are understood before changes are introduced into production
• Facilitate issue resolution across complex, integrated workflows where ownership spans multiple teams, platforms, or business functions
• Ensure solutions meet applicable compliance standards, including internal controls, data privacy, and security requirements
• Partner with governance, architecture, security, integration, and release management teams to maintain alignment with enterprise policies
• Ensure changes include clear documentation, approved requirements, defined business rules, traceable decisions, test coverage, and operational readiness
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, data quality, defect trends, and operational outcomes to identify opportunities to optimize workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, billing accuracy, customer fulfillment and provisioning, software usage and overage, and operational scalability
• Stay current on industry trends, technology innovations, and best practices in subscription management, usage, and overage user experiences
• Support Kaseya’s broader transformation goals by helping move from fragmented, manual processes to standardized, automated, and scalable global PBS capabilities

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, CRM systems, revenue operations systems, or enterprise solution delivery roles
• Proven expertise in Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience with software license provisioning and entitlement management, including integrations built on platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi
• Experience with usage-based pricing models, including usage capture, rating, and overage management
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RCA, Software subscription business, payment platforms, integration platforms, or comparable enterprise systems
• Understanding of integrated system flows across sales, order management, billing, receivables, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional Agile teams and driving enterprise-scale projects to completion
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive alignment across departments
• Solid understanding of business process mapping, user experience design, technical integrations, data dependencies, and system controls
• Ability to navigate evolving transformation plans and a mix of legacy and future-state platforms
