EverHealth - Product Designer

EverCommerce is hiring a Product Designer for its EverHealth portfolio to help product teams solve customer problems and deliver simple, useful, and effective digital experiences. The role involves customer discovery, research, workflow design, prototyping, validation, implementation collaboration, metrics-based iteration, and contribution to the EverHealth design system.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers, Insights analysts and Engineers as part of a cross-functional product team
• Participate in discovery to understand customer problems through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback
• Help define the problem before jumping to the solution
• Explore multiple solution paths through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Validate ideas early with customers, users, and internal experts before teams commit to building
• Collaborate closely through implementation to make sure the shipped experience matches the intent
• Use customer feedback and product metrics to improve experiences after launch
• Contribute to and maintain the EverHealth design system so teams move faster with more consistency
• Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and design workflows — while applying human judgment, customer evidence, and craft standards

Requirements:

• Experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery
• A strong portfolio that shows problem solving, not just polished UI
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Practical experience using AI to move faster, without outsourcing judgment, research, or taste
