Senior HR Data Analyst

Jabil is a provider of engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions for leading brands. The Senior HR Data Analyst will transform HR data into actionable insights, develop workforce reporting and visualizations, and support strategic HR decision-making. The role also partners with HR, business, and IT teams to improve data quality, HR technology, and analytics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems, including HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other workforce data sources
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide visibility into key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and employee retention
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support HR and business decisions
• Create clear and meaningful data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes
• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives
• Share knowledge and best practices to help build a data-driven culture across the HR organization

Requirements:

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship by Jabil
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong focus on HR data
• Some experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) for predictive modeling and advanced analytics
• Strong proficiency in data & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel)
• Advanced SQL Database skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Proven experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, UKG, etc
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Master's degree
