L2 Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an L2 Support Analyst in Denver, CO.

Summary:
We're looking for a strong technical Application Support professional who can go beyond troubleshooting to diagnose complex issues across code, environments, and configurations and drive the right teams toward resolution. This role requires broad technical knowledge across platforms such as Azure, Kubernetes, Google Application Suite, and RPA, paired with a strong understanding of ITIL and business priorities. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities, and able to build strong relationships across technical teams while owning issues through resolution.

Essential Functions:
* Using domain knowledge and relevant expertise to identify the area of fault (code, environment or configuration) and guide the appropriate team in constructing and implementing the fix
* Delivering technical diagnosis and solutioning prescription within a specific technology expertise and assigned applications
* Demonstrating technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and application-level expertise of a portfolio of applications with broad knowledge of the business strategic priorities, in order to resolve complex problems
* Managing multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities
* Building and maintaining relationships within the team and throughout the firm

REQUIREMENTS:
* Possessing experience in application support with industry knowledge of ITIL service management principles
* Possessing technical application support skill sets with experience with industry standard platforms such as Google Application Suite, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, RPA and others
* Possessing technical capabilities, analytical skills and application knowledge
* Being able to diagnose and troubleshoot application problems and leverage tools and resources appropriately to identify solutions that may or may not be already documented

Demonstrates an extensive level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in the following software/programs:
* Having basic experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services, and Containerization (e.g. Docker)
* Having basic experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline)
* Working with applications like Microsoft Azure Cloud (PaaS), Azure Portal, App Insights, Blob Storage, Azure Portal experience
* Writing basic queries and understanding of joins (Microsoft SQL)
* Expertise with Monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, etc.
* Managing servers via RDP session (Cyberark)
* Understanding ITIL framework (or comparable ITSM framework)
* Basic scripting experience nice to have
* Certification Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
