Social Media Analyst / Contract / Hybrid / Mountain View, CA

Our client, a well-known tax and credit platform creator, is actively hiring a Social Media Analyst to join their team in Mountain View, CA! This will be a hybrid role and will require 3x a week onsite.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting their Consumer Group Communications team and the brand's social media platforms. They are looking for someone who can turn raw social and consumer data into clear, decision-ready insights and produce Voice of Customer reports.

Contract Duration: 9 months

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role
• Experience handling analytics with social platforms including Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, Meta, YouTube, and Threads
• Experience with Sprinkr

What you will be doing:

• Write and optimize queries using SQL to extract, join, and structure data from social listening platforms, data warehouses, and other internal/external sources
• Design and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting tools that give stakeholders visibility into social and consumer trends
• Partner with Social Media Managers and agency partners to translate real-time social listening and performance data into content and engagement recommendations
