Sales Development Representative (Entry Level)

Timextender delivers secure, trusted, AI-ready data infrastructure for analytics and AI. The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified meetings for Sales Executives through high-volume outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach, while researching prospects, progressing leads, and handing qualified opportunities to the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls every day, backed by email, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach, to generate high-quality meetings
• Research and identify potential personas / individuals in target accounts for our solutions
• Once a meeting is booked and completed, move straight on to finding the next one — consistent volume and throughput is the goal
• Re-engage and progress prospects who've dropped out of the funnel
• Hand qualified opportunities to our Sales team and keep your focus on the top of the funnel

Requirements:

• Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States
• No prior sales experience required — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn fast
• Strong communication: clear, direct, confident
• Genuinely energised by cold calling, specifically
• Ownership mindset: willing to do what it takes to win — calls, emails, LinkedIn connections, and other creative outreach
• Highly organised and coachable
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and more efficiently
