Business Analyst

Dentsu is a global marketing and digital transformation company. The Senior Business Analyst will bridge business strategy and technical delivery for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions by leading discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, and value realization. The role supports clients in adopting capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities
• Analyze current processes, customer journeys, data flows, and technology ecosystems
• Document business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities for improvement
• Establish clear success metrics aligned to business outcomes
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Partner with architects, strategists, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clear and feasible
• Prioritize requirements and manage competing stakeholder needs
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business goals through delivery and testing
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions, negotiate priorities, and help drive consensus
• Present recommendations, findings, and solution approaches to diverse audiences
• Support organizational readiness and adoption efforts
• Develop UAT plans, scripts, and test scenarios
• Coordinate testing activities across teams and stakeholders
• Document results, manage issue resolution, and support sign-off processes
• Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and business objectives
• Help clients define KPIs and success measures
• Monitor adoption and business outcomes post-launch
• Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend future roadmap priorities
• Ensure solutions continue delivering measurable value after implementation
• Lead requirements discovery and validation across multiple workstreams
• Create clear, actionable documentation that enables successful delivery
• Drive stakeholder alignment while balancing competing priorities
• Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and adopted by end users
• Help clients realize measurable business outcomes from their Adobe investments

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, including client-facing consulting, services, or digital transformation environments
• Experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops across complex technology initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting or leading User Acceptance Testing
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Real-Time CDP
• Understanding of customer journeys, personalization, CRM, marketing technology, and digital experience platforms
• Familiarity with data concepts such as customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, events, and analytics
• Experience in agile delivery environments
• Exposure to regulated industries and complex governance requirements
