National Sales Manager - US Market

Gellert Global Group, through MENU, is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market expansion across the United States. The role manages importer and distributor relationships, coordinates sales strategies, analyzes performance trends, supports sales training, and develops new customer relationships in the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily contact with key importer personnel (BDMs)
• Conduct regular visits to their headquarters in New Jersey
• Collaborate with BDMs to define commercial strategies and implement tactical initiatives aligned with both parties’ objectives
• Conduct consistent, methodical follow-up with the importer’s team (BDMs, marketing, and sales)
• Plan and participate in 1–2 distributor food shows per month, covering approximately 100 customer locations nationwide
• Follow-up on leads gathered with support from importer sales reps
• Provide training and ride-along support to distributor and broker sales teams
• Thoroughly analyze periodic sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Execute new plans based on analysis
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential new customers in coordination with importer’s sales team
• Begin building direct relationships—with importer support—to streamline communication
