Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner

Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on requirements analysis, product backlog ownership, stakeholder coordination, Salesforce solution delivery, Agile ceremonies, testing, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
• Elicit, analyze, and document business processes, user stories, and workflows
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectives
• Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog based on business priorities
• Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
• Drive delivery timelines by removing blockers and coordinating across teams
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, PMs, and development teams
• Gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Work on Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Support configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with developers on solution design and feasibility
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT and validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Ensure end-to-end quality of deliverables
• Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional specs, and process flows
• Maintain proper documentation for traceability and audit readiness
• Provide reports and insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner
• Strong experience in Salesforce platform
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc
• Sales/Service Cloud preferred
• Salesforce Admin certification or relevant Salesforce certification
• Knowledge of integrations, data models, and reporting in Salesforce
• Experience in enterprise or healthcare domain (good to have)
