Project Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Turnkey Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, with a focus on Supply Chain Management. The role guides projects from planning through go-live and stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, budgets, and delivery controls
• Coordinate Finance and SCM workstreams, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder updates, communicating progress, decisions, risks, and next steps
• Coordinate team members and contractors, forecast resource needs, and manage dependencies
• Monitor project financials and manage scope changes against approved budgets and timelines
• Resolve issues and escalate concerns with practical recommendations
• Coordinate requirements, design, integrations, data migration, testing, user acceptance, cutover, and stabilization
• Support change management and user readiness with client teams
• Assist sales and delivery leadership with project planning, estimates, and follow-on opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex ERP implementations, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects involving SCM
• Understanding of supply chain processes and their connections to finance
• Strong planning, financial management, resource forecasting, and change-control skills
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ERP delivery tools
• Clear communication, strong organization, and productive client relationship skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position to meet the requirements of our government contracts
• PMP certification and Dynamics AX experience preferred
• Experience using AI tools to support project planning, reporting, risk identification, and meeting follow-through preferred
