Founding AI Engineer (Equity Partner)

Ambito is a CRM-connected QBR generator for B2B teams. The company is seeking a founding AI engineer to build and integrate production AI capabilities, expand the customer success module, strengthen CRM and customer success data integrations, and improve the overall product.

Responsibilities:

• AI inside the product. A native assistant that goes beyond support. Users should be able to ask questions about their own data ("Which reps are slipping on pipeline coverage this quarter?"), spot trends, get setup guidance, and build QBRs faster
• Website assistant. An AI bot on ambito.io that answers buyer questions and qualifies interest
• Customer Success module. Extend the existing sales framework into account reviews, renewals, and customer health. Every CS team runs this a little differently, so the challenge is designing something configurable without making it complicated
• Stronger integrations. Harden and expand our API connections to CRM and customer success data sources so they are reliable at scale
• A better product overall. Faster, simpler, easier to use, and AI driven where it earns its place
