Sales Development Representative

Pop Locate is a digital marketing agency that helps small businesses succeed through tailored digital marketing solutions. The Sales Development Representative will drive growth by contacting small business owners, setting qualified appointments for digital marketing consultants, managing the sales pipeline and CRM, and supporting the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Appointment Setting: Contact small business owners to schedule appointments for our digital marketing consultants
• Daily Non-Negotiables: Set 3-5 quality appointments per day
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads for our digital marketing consultants
• 100+ dial per day
• Sales Cycle Support: Facilitate a transactional sales cycle, contributing to 10-20 closed deals per month by maintaining daily appointment targets
• CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and appointment details in the CRM system
• Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing consultants to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to consultation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting and sales
• Strong track record of being a top performer in previous SDR or sales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand digital marketing services
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• A passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed
