Growth Marketer

Juno is an AI company building tax preparation automation tools for accounting firms. The Growth Marketer will own the strategy, creative, campaigns, and outreach that convert engaged prospects into booked demos, while supporting live chat and group demos.

Responsibilities:

• Build the campaigns and sequences that turn engaged prospects into booked demos: email, retargeting, direct mail, whatever the audience calls for
• Build your own ad creative and iterate on it as you learn what resonates
• Own live chat on the website and support group demos
• Call and email prospects who've shown interest but haven't taken the next step, with messaging that sounds like you, not a script

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a mix of both
• Comfortable calling inbound leads who've shown interest but haven't converted
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Experience selling into accounting or professional services firms
• Experience running marketing campaigns across channels (email, ads, direct mail, event pre- and post-)
