Senior Product Manager

SAIC is a mission integrator focused on technology and innovation across defense, space, intelligence, and civilian markets. The Senior Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap execution, Agile delivery, technical collaboration, and stakeholder governance for Clinical Decision Support Applications supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Own the product strategy and backlog, balancing regulatory objectives, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, and business value within a Scaled Agile framework (including PI planning)
• Hands-on Agile Leadership: Write user stories, clarify complex business rules, define acceptance criteria, and perform functional testing to maintain team momentum
• Team & Ceremony Management: Oversee a cross-functional Scrum team (Human-Centered Design, Engineering, QA), leading planning and synchronization ceremonies to ensure high-velocity delivery
• Technical & Security Collaboration: Partner with engineering to define technical requirements, evaluate system architecture trade-offs, guide API integrations, and embed security, accessibility (Section 508), and automation into the product
• Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Build consensus across federal agency departments, committees, boards, executives, and subcontracting partners; communicate progress, milestones, and metrics to ensure full transparency and alignment

Requirements:

• Experience: Bachelors and 5+ years of experience as a digital Product Manager leading platform modernizations or large-scale digital transformations, specifically within iterative, highly regulated, multi-vendor agile environments
• Technical & Policy Translation: Proven ability to bridge high-level policy goals with granular technical specifications (e.g., APIs, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code) and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be a citizen of the United States, with the ability to pass a Public Trust background check
