Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Work From Home)

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to support members with healthcare benefit accounts. The role involves answering questions about HSAs and related programs, assisting members through phone, chat, and email, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and protecting confidential information. After three weeks of paid training in Erie, employees work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from members with questions about their Health Savings Accounts, including balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and card questions
• Help members with related benefit programs, which may include Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Commuter Benefits, and COBRA
• Support members through phone, live chat, and email
• Make follow-up calls and callbacks to resolve open questions
• Guide members through online account tools and self-service options
• Document every interaction accurately in our systems
• Protect members' personal and financial information with strict confidentiality
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs at once
• Clear, professional phone voice and strong listening skills
• Patient, empathetic, and dependable
• Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience
