Account Executive, Inside Sales

Flai is building an AI-native communications platform for car dealerships. The Account Executive, Inside Sales will own the full sales cycle for new dealership customers, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, and closing, while building pipeline and communicating customer insights to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the deal: Take new dealership opportunities from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close
• Turn meetings into revenue: Convert booked meetings into real pipeline and closed business
• Make the value obvious: Run demos that show dealers exactly what Flai will do for their store, backed by real results
• Build your own pipeline: Prospect on top of the meetings booked for you so your calendar stays full
• Hand off clean: Partner with onboarding so every new customer sees value fast
• Share what you learn: Bring customer feedback and industry insights back to the team to help shape what we build and how we sell
