Role: Jr Change Manager with ERP
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Must Have skills:
Conduct Change Impact Assessments
Develop and execute Communication Plans
Perform Stakeholder Analysis
Manage Stakeholder Engagement
Support business users during SAP transformation
Create visual communication materials (PowerPoint, infographics, newsletters, etc.)
Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Coordinate with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance teams globally
Role Scope / Deliverables:
Change Impact Assessment, Communications development, Stakeholder Analysis, Stakeholder Management
2+ years of experience as a Change Manager
PROSCI certification or CCMP or equivalent certification.
Take direction and operate independently, ability to work in ambiguity
Comfort working in fast paced project with competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create visual communications
Effective time management and planning
