Growth Marketer Intern, Content & Social

Pomo is building an AI marketing team that helps businesses plan, create, and execute marketing across content, social, paid ads, and more. The Growth Marketer Intern will work directly with the founders to create content, grow the company’s social presence, test growth ideas, and support paid campaigns and other marketing experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Create social posts, short-form videos, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Turn founder perspectives and product updates into engaging stories
• Research trends and pitch original ideas with viral potential
• Test different hooks, formats, and distribution approaches
• Help manage our social calendar, publish content, and engage with relevant communities
• Track content performance and use what you learn to improve the next piece
• Support paid ads and other growth experiments as you develop your skills

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills and a good instinct for engaging social content
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or TikTok
• Comfort creating and editing short-form videos and simple visuals
• Curiosity about AI, startups, marketing, and internet culture
• Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on ideas
• Willingness to experiment, take feedback, and learn quickly
• No prior professional marketing experience is required
