Product Manager

TapClicks is seeking an ambitious Product Manager to explore emerging AI capabilities and develop them into scalable product features. The role involves rapid AI experimentation, evaluation framework and dashboard development, end-to-end product strategy, UX direction, stakeholder management, and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities:

• Explore the AI Frontier: Run fast, parallel experiments with new AI models, prompt engineering, and workflows as capabilities evolve
• Prototype Value: Discard quick failures rapidly (~90% disposable rate) while doubling down on 10x wins that deliver genuine product value
• Build an Evals Framework: Systematically test, benchmark, and evaluate AI model performance, latency, accuracy, and cost across custom use cases
• Maintain the Performance Dashboard: Create and manage a central dashboard tracking models, prompt variants, and benchmark metrics over time to inform product deployment
• Product Thinking & Strategy: Translate raw AI experiments into cohesive, user-centric features aligned with our product roadmap
• UX & Design Direction: Work closely with design/engineering to create intuitive user experiences around complex AI capabilities
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate experimental findings, trade-offs, and product recommendations to internal team members and leadership
• Data-Driven Execution: Use quantitative usage data and qualitative feedback loops to refine features post-launch

Requirements:

• ~2 years of hands-on Product Management experience shipping features end-to-end
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt architecture, model benchmarking, and modern AI tools
• Strong foundational skills in strategic prioritization, UX sense, data analytics, and cross-functional communication
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments where speed-to-learning is critical
