AO is a life, accident, and supplemental health insurance organization serving working families, veterans, labor union members, and other communities. The Remote Sales Manager will recruit, coach, and develop remote sales professionals, drive team performance, support client success, and mentor future leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop remote sales professionals
• Conduct virtual onboarding and ongoing training
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture
• Establish team goals and monitor key performance indicators
• Coach representatives to improve production, customer service, and client relationships
• Implement strategies that increase team performance and business growth
• Assist representatives with complex client situations when needed
• Promote exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships
• Ensure members receive personalized life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions
• Mentor top-performing representatives into leadership positions
• Create scalable systems that support long-term organizational growth

Requirements:

• Experienced in sales, management, coaching, or leadership
• Strong communicators with exceptional people skills
• Customer-focused and passionate about developing others
• Strategic thinkers with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable leading remote teams using Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital collaboration tools
• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
• Experience in insurance, financial services, customer service management, business development, retail management, hospitality leadership, banking, military leadership, or sales leadership is highly valued
