Senior Product Manager - ARR & Subscriptions (m/f/d)

1KOMMA5° is building an intelligent energy system that integrates renewable energy technologies through scalable software. The Senior Product Manager will own the booking and subscription platform, driving recurring revenue, improving customer conversion, enabling rapid launches across markets, and coordinating with engineering, Payments, Energy, and CRM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for booking and subscriptions, and be accountable for growing recurring revenue
• Improve conversion along the customer journey through discovery, customer insight and A/B tests
• Make it fast and easy to launch new subscriptions, prices and promotions, in new markets
• Shape the foundation of our subscription platform with the engineering team
• Partner with Payments, Energy and CRM to make subscriptions work across the whole customer lifecycle

Requirements:

• Several years experience in product management, including a product you owned with measurable business impact
• Hands-on experience with subscription or recurring-revenue products: pricing, billing and contract lifecycle
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products such as booking or checkout flows
• Experience with international rollouts
• Using AI and no-code tools to prototype and speed up your daily PM work
• A data-driven approach: you tie your roadmap to KPIs and prove impact with experiments
• Fluent English and German, and the ability to align stakeholders across teams and countries
• Technical depth: you discuss data models, APIs and system boundaries with engineers, and you have driven complex topics such as migrations
• Experience building products or platforms that let business teams launch offerings without engineering work
• Knowledge of payment systems and recurring billing
• Experience in renewable energy or a related industry
