Project Manager

Synchro provides retail construction, renovation, and fixture installation services. The Project Manager will manage commercial retail projects, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, site activities, reporting, billing, documentation, and client requests while traveling frequently to job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate project teams, schedules, and technical reviews
• Obtain approvals for budgets, scope changes, and change orders before work begins
• Communicate regularly with field Superintendents to keep projects on track
• Visit job sites to review progress, document outstanding work, and verify completion
• Oversee project planning, reporting, billing, and documentation
• Resolve project coordination and execution issues while meeting client expectations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in retail construction, fixture installation, merchandising, or related retail services
• Experience with estimating and preparing change orders
• Ability to read construction blueprints
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Ability to organize documentation that supports field execution and project profitability
