Solutions Engineer, Wireless

T-Mobile is hiring a Solutions Engineer, Wireless to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions tailored to customer needs. The role provides technical consultation, evaluates network coverage, supports in-building coverage requests, and helps sales teams address customer needs and drive solution adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment
