Role : Technical Product Owner – Labeling
Location : NJ or Remote
• We need a technically strong Product Owner who can own the labeling software/product strategy and work closely with Rey and the program team.
• The current landscape appears to include multiple labeling technologies/platforms, including Loftware and ROBAR, with a goal of determining where consolidation and standardization make sense.
• This person should be able to:
o Own the technical/product direction for the labeling capability
o Understand the current labeling applications and architecture across the sites
o Work across the different labeling platforms, with experience in technologies such as Loftware and ROBAR strongly preferred
o Help define the future-state labeling strategy
o Evaluate opportunities to consolidate the current landscape toward a more standardized platform/model
o Translate manufacturing and Quality requirements into technical capabilities and a prioritized product roadmap
o Partner with engineering, architecture, site teams, Quality, and vendors
o Understand enterprise manufacturing environments and the integrations/dependencies surrounding labeling systems
o Drive the product backlog and ensure the technology roadmap supports the overall cutover program
•We are looking for somebody who can operate between the business and technology organizations—not just manage requirements, but understand the product technically enough to help shape the future-state solution.
