We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading complex projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget control, and cross-functional team leadership. The candidate should be skilled at managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and project management tools.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage change requests and ensure proper scope and impact assessments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve project roadblocks.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodologies.
Mentor project team members and promote accountability, collaboration, and effective communication.
12+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or enterprise project leadership.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and risk assessment.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams.
Knowledge of change management, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
Experience managing technology, digital transformation, cloud migration, or software development projects.
