Vice President of Engineering

Amundi GL is hiring a Chemielehrer (Chemistry Teacher) to design and deliver curriculum-aligned chemistry lessons. The role includes preparing learning materials, assessing learner progress, maintaining a safe classroom or laboratory, and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, guiding learners through theoretical and applied concepts, assessing performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback
• The role also involves maintaining a safe and well-organized classroom or laboratory, collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary activities, and communicating regularly with learners and relevant stakeholders about progress and goals
• The Chemielehrer is expected to support an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking

Requirements:

• Strong Chemistry Education background, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately
• Demonstrated expertise in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including structuring courses, designing assessments, and adapting methods to different learning needs
• Knowledge of Physics to support interdisciplinary learning and connect scientific principles across subjects
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a clear, respectful, and supportive manner
• Relevant academic qualification in Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field
• Experience working in a classroom or laboratory setting, with a strong focus on learner safety and engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and use educational technologies to enhance instruction
• Proficiency in English
• teaching certification or equivalent credential
