Marketing Manager

The OPE Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute its end-to-end marketing strategy. The role focuses on generating new business, expanding customer relationships, and building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute demand-generation programs using account-based marketing, email, digital, content, and targeted campaigns
• Manage industry conferences, including planning, logistics, campaigns, and coordination with Sales on lead follow-up
• Oversee the OPE website, SEO, social media, and external vendors
• Create regular thought-leadership content and maintain sales and marketing materials such as case studies, solution overviews, and industry messaging
• Plan customer webinars and support customer events to encourage product adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on upsell, adoption, and customer expansion initiatives
• Support go-to-market plans for product enhancements, modules, and new offerings
• Develop clear positioning, value propositions, and consistent messaging across channels
• Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, attribution, and conversion metrics
• Own initiatives from planning and execution through measurement and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, vertical SaaS, or another complex software environment
• Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns—not only managing agencies or vendors
• Experience with account-based marketing, email marketing, and digital demand generation
• A strong track record of partnering with Sales and Product teams
• An analytical approach, with experience measuring pipeline, attribution, conversions, and campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, ownership, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a lean environment
• Experience in the dealership industry
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Experience running conferences, events, or field-marketing programs
• Experience using practical, human-in-the-loop AI processes to improve workflows
